- Self-starter motivated for success and demonstrated actions that are geared for results.
- Manage inside sales and customer service activities, efficiently sustain sales performance, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a course of action to follow up technical sales leads and inquiries using appropriate methods and guidelines with current distributors, new distributors, or OEM business.
- Provide technical support through on-going product training, updates, new product announcements and other reference materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all department levels when working on new work-cell opportunities.
- Develop and carry out monthly and quarterly action plans.
- Create presentations and provide product training for sales staff and customers as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance and utilization of the CRM database program.
