Description
- Performs tasks such as fabrication and assembly of new or modified mechanical components to improve production processes
- Increase up-time or meet quality revisions
- Input into machine improvements, assistance to engineers in poka yoke (mistake-proofing) implementation, initial diagram development, and design modification
- Perform operations relating to testing, inspecting, and modifying equipment in the manufacturing department to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Make recommendations for changes in product, process, or method.
- Comply with IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 requirements, safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas - perform 5S cleaning responsibilities
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
