Description
- Minimum of 10 yrs. Lead Person Experience.
- Master Cam 3D software experience, minimum of 5 years.
- Program and operate the following CNC machines:
o 2002 FADAL 6030HT cnc32P control
o 2006 CLAUSING STORM 1020SF, Fanuc Oi-MC control
o 2004 HAAS VF-2SS, HAAS Quick Code Programming
o 2007 HAAS VF-3SS, HAAS Quick Code Programming
o 2008 HAAS VF-5, Probe system
o 2011 AGIE/CHARMILLES CUT 30P Wire EDM
o 2006 MAZAK QT200 Lathe
o 2006 HAAS SL30 Lathe
o Southwestern Industries Proto Trak DPM3 Mills - Capable of machining to close tolerance dimensions (+/-.001).
- Ability to machine components with minimal support.
- Experience leading a group of skilled machinists.
- Ability to clearly administer process` that result in quality components efficiently.
- Works well in a fast paced proto typing environment.
- Have all necessary measuring & set-up tools to produce quality components.
