The Applications Engineering Manager position is to lead and guide the department through the day-to-day activities and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service(s) that we are providing.

` Provide direction & leadership while coordinating, guiding, and training Applications Engineers.
` Perform administrative aspects including quotations, billings, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary conversations as necessary.
` Establish schedules, priorities, and measurables for successful activity completion, meeting technical requirements, project deadlines, and budget
` Responsible to provide technical expertise for complex Engineering projects to internal and external stakeholders.
` Collaborate with Engineering leadership to set and assess priorities across teams and provides recommendations on policies and practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
` Collaborate with Director of Engineering to produce and maintain departmental budgets.
` Travel Requirements: 20-30%
` Performs other related duties as assigned.
