ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide administrative support to one or more Vice Presidents.
  • They will perform a broad range of administrative and clerical duties to support the daily business operations including filing, data entry, fielding calls and scheduling meetings.
  • In addition, this position must be able to manage confidential business, associate, and candidate information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative duties: Handles Vice Presidents calendar, processes expenses, maintain files and department supplies.
  • Research and compiles information for weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned
  • Project Coordination: Handles meeting schedule, agenda, preparation, and presentation ensuring that all meeting material are prepared in advance and accessible to the leaders.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Duties are broad in nature and require exercise of sound judgment related to assignments.
  • Manufacturing/Supply Chain Experience
  • Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills
  • Reliable, organized, and focused.
  • Able to multitask
  • Team player that can collaborate with various departments.
  • High degree of proficiency in ERP systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Proficiency at typing.
