Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide administrative support to one or more Vice Presidents.
- They will perform a broad range of administrative and clerical duties to support the daily business operations including filing, data entry, fielding calls and scheduling meetings.
- In addition, this position must be able to manage confidential business, associate, and candidate information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative duties: Handles Vice Presidents calendar, processes expenses, maintain files and department supplies.
- Research and compiles information for weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned
- Project Coordination: Handles meeting schedule, agenda, preparation, and presentation ensuring that all meeting material are prepared in advance and accessible to the leaders.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Duties are broad in nature and require exercise of sound judgment related to assignments.
- Manufacturing/Supply Chain Experience
- Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent reading and comprehension skills
- Reliable, organized, and focused.
- Able to multitask
- Team player that can collaborate with various departments.
- High degree of proficiency in ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency at typing.
